Back in May TRP went to the Omaha Beer Festival and attended the beer pairing session with Goose Island Brewery and Taste Restaurant in Omaha, NE. The session was awesome because they brought small tasters of each dish Taste carefully crafted for us beer lovers, paired with Goose Island beers. The first course was the Beer Cheese Corn Chowder and was one of the most tasty soups I’ve ever had. I asked them for seconds, and thirds and then finally just asked if they would post the recipe on their Facebook page, which they happily agreed to do so.
I cut the recipe in half and still probably came out with at least 12 servings, if not more. You might want to 1/4 the recipe if you don’t want leftovers coming out of your ears!
