Step 9: Add cream cheese. I used whipped instead of regular thinking it would be lighter and easier to melt. Then add all the “favorite cheddar” you can handle. We used about 4 tablespoons of Velveta wanting it creamy but not too creamy, and a Mexican blend shredded cheese because it was all I had on hand. I think I will throw more sharp cheddar in when I rehead the leftovers.
